I strongly believe that multidisciplinary discussions can help drive science forward. To foster such discussions, I have helped organize workshops at international robotics conferences. I have done so with the help of great friends and colleagues from a diverse set of backgrounds. Together, we have strived to ensure a diverse representation of genders and racial backgrounds in the panels of invited speakers, and targeted audiences.
